20240501為枕邊人著想!6成民眾受打鼾影響睡眠品質

晚上打呼聲超大聲,不只吵到枕邊人,也是身體健康警訊!台灣睡眠學會,調查結果發現,6成民眾曾因打呼噪音而失眠,另外近9成的打鼾者,有睡眠呼吸中止症,醫學會也提醒,晚上睡覺打呼聲大或白天出現嗜睡等症狀,就要積極就醫,以免出現健康危機。
